Role OverviewHDR seeks a strategic-minded Senior Project Manager to join our Alaska Resources Business Group. The role involves leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams, overseeing project development, and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The Senior Project Manager will be a member of a high-performing team supporting development of public and private projects throughout Alaska.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, oversee all phases of project development, develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules, implement QA/QC procedures, coordinate internal project tasks, and manage external subconsultants.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering and/or environmental regulatory projects, familiarity with estimating and scheduling software, and project management software. They will also have excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
- Ability to interact with various design teams, excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
