Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager leads the development of transmission asset capital projects with a strong focus on early scoping, asset-condition identification, capital-planning alignment, and proactively advancing projects to construction-ready status. The role is a key contributor to the Shovel-Ready Initiative, supporting identification and prioritization of transmission asset-condition projects and advancing their design and development to maintain a steady shelf of construction-ready work that mitigates future financial gaps in the capital plan.
What You Will Do
Lead early project scoping, feasibility reviews, and constructability assessments, collaborate with Engineering and Asset Strategy to identify transmission asset-condition needs, advance projects through design, permitting, environmental review, and development milestones, develop and maintain schedules focused on construction-readiness milestones, track scope, cost, schedule, and risk during the project-development phase, support bid-package development and procurement preparation, and coordinate construction-readiness requirements including access, outages, and material planning.

Requirements
