Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will serve as a dedicated project lead responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all projects under contract. This role serves as the single point of contact for coordinating all work and communication between the Contractor and the client.

Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor and the client for all project-related activities, oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects in accordance with contract terms, budget, schedule, and resource constraints.

Requirements
- High School diploma and 10 years of experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to pass a Florida State Department background check
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-phase IT and network service projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project with the ability to provide detailed, up-to-date project documentation
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of E-Rate, Universal Service Fund (USF), and compliance driven delivery requirements
- Knowledge of CPE deployment, circuit provisioning, and site migrations
- Understanding of enterprise WAN architecture (e.g. MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, NOC/SOC operations)
- Skilled in facilitating root cause analysis and corrective action plans (RCA/CAP)
- Ability to manage internal project teams and third-party vendors or subcontractors
- Leads cross-disciplinary teams engineering, NOC/SOC, field services, customer support, business ops
- Has managed a large program over $30M with multiple vendors/suppliers
- Certification (required – at least one of the following): Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI, Certified Scrum Master – Scrum Alliance, CompTIA Project+, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
