Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the financial results and client satisfaction on multiple projects. They define and achieve project SQP (Safety, Quality, Productivity) goals, contribute to the development and implementation of Division-specific initiatives, and develop co-workers. They participate in business planning and performance of Kent Concrete.

What You Will Do

The Senior Project Manager will generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely, create preliminary schedules, perform project setup, organize logs, manage takeoffs, collaborate with teams, compile job cost reports, create change orders, and execute project closeouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 10 years of construction experience or 14 years of construction-related experience
  • 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar discipline within our industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Self-performing experience of concrete
  • Experience with various project types with an emphasis on Commercial/Structural/Multi-Family/Industrial concrete
  • Knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 4 million dollars
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving (for any driver)
  • Ability to pass drug screening
  • Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
