Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading the full lifecycle execution of CoVolt Power’s most complex and strategically significant utility-scale solar EPC projects. The Sr PM operates with a high level of independence and judgment, ensuring safe, timely, and financially disciplined delivery.

What You Will Do

Lead full-lifecycle execution of large, complex EPC projects from NTP through final acceptance. Oversee multiple project phases concurrently, ensuring alignment with design standards, construction best practices, schedule commitments, and commercial requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale EPC construction projects, preferably utility-scale solar or renewable energy.
• Advanced knowledge of EPC execution, engineering workflows, procurement strategy, and construction sequencing.
• Mastery of financial reporting, cost controls, and commercial management.
• Exceptional communication – verbal, written, and interpersonal – with strong client-facing ability.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor developing project talent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
• Proficiency in project management software (P6, MS Project) and financial systems.
