Role OverviewThis position is a managerial position responsible for managing projects and leading teams. The role involves developing plans, directing overall activities, and achieving construction objectives. The position requires working with the General Superintendent to plan, organize, and direct all department activities.
What You Will Do
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for budgeting, production planning, and staffing. They will also be responsible for the hiring and staffing needs of the regional office, planning and organizing office and field positions, and supervising Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Administrative Staff, and Field Personnel.
