Role Overview

This position is a managerial role responsible for managing projects and leading teams. The Senior Project Manager will oversee overall activities to achieve construction objectives, budgeting, production planning, and staffing. They will also be responsible for business development, monitoring web sites and trade magazines for bid opportunities, and meeting with owners, architects, and engineers to develop a pipeline of projects to bid.

What You Will Do

The Senior Project Manager will develop plans, direct overall activities, and ensure projects are on schedule and meeting owner expectations. They will also train and develop personnel assigned to the office, work with the General Superintendent to plan and direct all department activities, and ensure that company policies and procedures are being adhered to in the regional office.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of construction experience.
