Role OverviewAs a Senior Project Manager at HDR, you will lead technical development of urban roadway design projects, perform quality assurance checks, and serve as a technical expert in transportation projects. You will assume project management duties, interact with clients, and supervise a medium to large staff of professionals and technicians. You will also promote delivery of all HDR services to clients and serve as a Project Manager and Lead Designer for transportation/roadway projects.

Requirements
- 8+ years project management experience (scope, schedule, budget)
- Experience managing projects for clients in Alaska, particularly the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities
- Strong relationships within the Alaska A&E industry
- Ability to promote delivery of all HDR services to clients and serve as a Project Manager and Lead Designer for transportation/roadway projects
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years experience in all aspects of roadway engineering design
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, and ability to work with various teams
