Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle execution of capital projects across Titan America's operations, including feasibility studies, development of capital cost estimates, project schedules, and technical solutions. The position operates as a key member of the Corporate Engineering team, partnering closely with Business Unit leadership, plant operations, procurement, and external engineering firms.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading feasibility studies, developing and evaluating engineering concepts, defining scopes of work, evaluating vendor proposals, overseeing project execution, monitoring and reporting on project performance, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing capital projects in heavy industrial environments (cement, aggregates, mining, or similar sectors)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
