Role OverviewLead and manage complex re-platforming projects independently, ensuring system integrators and external partners meet SCAYLE standards. Responsible for the entire project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations, maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation across all projects. Apply agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS
- Proven experience in managing enterprise customers and external service providers
- In-depth knowledge of common project management methods such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, interfaces (APIs), and MACH principles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with complex platform migrations or re-platforming projects and relevant project management certifications are a plus
