Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects, managing subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion while adhering to company quality standards.
What You Will Do
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.

Requirements
- BS or MS in Construction Engineering or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience
- 3-5 years project manager experience
- Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
