Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager oversees project profitability, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role provides leadership and mentorship to superintendents, project managers, assistant project managers, and project support staff.

The Senior Project Manager assumes full ownership of project financial performance, leads strategic planning, directs complex contract negotiations, and provides oversight of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Requirements
