Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager serves as the cross-functional owner responsible for turning company priorities into structured projects and driving them through successful completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior Project Manager who has worked in a coaching company, digital education business, performance marketing organization, agency, membership business, or another digital launch-heavy entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do
Own multiple concurrent cross-functional projects across digital launches, marketing campaigns, live and virtual events, coaching programs, digital products/platforms, podcast/media initiatives, and company priorities. Drive sophisticated digital launches involving CRM and marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, promotional windows, email campaigns, landing pages, copy, testing, and hard launch deadlines.

- Strong project management systems experience, with Asana experience highly preferred
- High ownership mentality with a demonstrated ability to close loops, proactively identify problems, validate outcomes, and drive work forward without constant direction
