Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager leads the development and execution for high voltage engineering projects in industrial or utility settings, playing a key role in the proposal effort and managing the project through close-out. This role directs coordination between clients and other external entities, driving project planning, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives.
What You Will Do
Participate in the project proposal and bid process, negotiate and approve prime contracts, review and implement project specifications, communicate project status to stakeholders, and develop and review internal and external project reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management or related field
- Ten years of experience in the supervision/management of budgets and work groups
- Experience in managing high voltage projects
- Demonstrated understanding of substations, substation control, and transmission systems
- Ability to negotiate and influence key decision makers
- Technical writing skills with an understanding of business management concepts
- Proficient in cost control or project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
