Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with Healthcare project experience. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering a major project or projects through all phases of development. You will work with staff, give directions, and resolve architectural problems. You will establish and maintain budgets, schedules, and monitor adherence of terms of contract expectations.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage multiple projects through all phases of work with strong communication, organization, and delegation skills. Champion sustainable design principles and support HMC's design standards and guidelines. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff; provide coaching and feedback to support professional growth.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Successful candidates will have strong multi-tasking skills and ability to oversee two to three project managers and multiple project teams. The position requires advanced Revit proficiency, familiarity with Bluebeam, BIM 360, and other applicable tools. Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing to give assignments to office support staff, consultants, and vendors.

Requirements

• Architectural degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management and document production across all phases
• Demonstrated leadership, judgment, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients, project managers, and complex schedules
• Proficiency with project management tools and architectural software
• Advanced Revit proficiency required; familiarity with Bluebeam, BIM 360, and other applicable tools
• Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing to give assignments to office support staff, consultants, and vendors
