Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for driving 1 extra-large projects or 2-3 medium-to-large enterprise level cross-functional projects concurrently. This role has advanced project management experience and skillsets and are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project including detailed financial management, complex interdependent schedules, cross-functional dependencies, resource staffing and management, scope, quality assurance, and risks management.
What You Will Do
Responsible for driving the day-to-day management of enterprise projects including assessing, planning, executing, monitoring and closure of the project. Leads enterprise initiatives that are the most complex, highly visibility, cross functional and value driven work for Pilot.

Requirements
- B.S. or equivalent degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field
- 5-10 years in progressive project experience in large, more complex initiatives in large highly matrixed organizations or through management consulting practices
- Expert experience in delivery of initiatives leveraging multiple delivery practices & tools
- PMP and Agile certifications highly preferred
