Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will lead complex application development, production support, and testing engagements within the Life Insurance and Annuity domain. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and leading global delivery teams to ensure successful execution of business and technology initiatives.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end delivery of application development, production support, and testing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Lead project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and change management activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 14 years of experience in the job responsibilities described above
- Experience in Life Insurance and/or Annuity projects
- Knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity terminology
- Experience delivering projects utilizing onsite and offshore teams
- PMP and/or LOMA certifications
