Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and assuring repeat business as a primary goal in alignment with our Clients for Life mission. The Sr. Project Manager is the team leader and meets regularly with the project team to ensure the project(s) are on schedule, on or under budget, and communicate with the owner in a proactive fashion.
What You Will Do
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and project teams, communicating effectively with internal and external team members, and facilitating communication to promote positive team dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of management experience, a proven record of successfully managing projects consistent with those built by Warfel Construction Company, and 5+ projects successfully completed, each in value of $20,000,000 or more.
Requirements
- Minimum of a four-year college degree majoring in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar program or similar related career experience
- 10+ years management experience or similar career experience
- 5+ projects successfully completed, each in value of $20,000,000 or more
