Job Description
Join Perficient's App PMO team as a Program Manager, overseeing complex digital programs and projects across engineering, product, business teams, and external partners. Monitor daily project activities, lead project teams, and ensure delivery and service expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Monitor daily project activities, ensuring responsibilities and schedules are maintained
  • Lead, direct, and motivate project teams to achieve defined objectives
  • Evaluate and manage deliverables to ensure delivery and service expectations are attainable, developed, and consistently met
  • Track project outcomes, identifying and addressing significant deviations from plans
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards and processes throughout project lifecycles
  • Participate regularly in stakeholder and VP-level meetings, providing updates and insights
