Quanex is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to lead and mentor the project management team, drive completion of various types of projects, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves leading teams, defining project scope, and managing projects to achieve milestones and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business/engineering
  • 10+ years of professional work experience
  • 3 years in a senior or lead role
  • Experience partnering with customers, engineering, and product team
  • Experience leading and mentoring other project managers
  • Previous exposure to or experience working in manufacturing and sourcing
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches
  • Successful track record of problem solving, idea generation, and project execution
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
