Job Description
STV is a nationally recognized leader in engineering, architectural, planning, and program management services. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex roadway, highway, and bridge design projects for NJDOT and FHWA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited)
  • Active New Jersey Professional Engineer (or comity eligible)
  • 10+ years in transportation design, including at least one major NJDOT project from preliminary engineering through construction within the past 15 years
  • NEPA Exposure: Demonstrated experience working within FHWA's NEPA process
  • Technical proficiency: MicroStation with InRoads/OpenRoads; 3D corridor modeling; BIM; deep familiarity with NJDOT standards and manuals
  • Leadership skills: Proven track record in budget/schedule control, technical coordination, communication, negotiation, and project oversight
