Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of IT and ERP project management experience, including extensive expertise in PeopleSoft applications, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migrations. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale PeopleSoft transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of modernization programs involving PeopleSoft applications, databases, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, governance, risk management, resource coordination, vendor management, and end-to-end execution of PeopleSoft upgrade and cloud migration projects while ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience leading PeopleSoft migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture, PeopleTools, PUM, Lifecycle Management, and Change Assistant
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database, WebLogic, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft environments
- Demonstrated success managing projects with budgets exceeding $5M and multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees
