Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery

This role combines advanced project management responsibilities with day-to-day leadership of a team of Project Managers. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and support a team of Project Managers within the PSO Onboarding organization, ensuring that all customer onboarding projects are executed with excellence. The role requires a hybrid work model, with three onsite days per week in Nashville, TN, or remote within the US.

What You Will Do

The Senior Project Manager will provide daily oversight, guidance, and support for a team of Project Managers, conduct 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and performance check-ins, and ensure all PMs maintain accurate project documentation, statuses, and customer communications. The role also involves developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project plans, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and leading customer meetings.
