Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of specialty finance funds and external investment platforms. This role requires deep specialty finance expertise and the ability to drive timely decisions and execution in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
The role involves building and owning the integrated project plan, leading cross-workstream risk and issue resolution, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders, and driving sequencing and execution of legal entity setup, account opening, and downstream operational dependencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree

- 7–10+ years in specialty finance/asset-backed finance, structured credit, or credit-focused alternatives
- In-depth understanding of specialty finance/asset-backed finance lifecycles
- Deep knowledge of fund structures, deal economics, hedging, and financing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
