Role OverviewAs a Senior Project Manager, Sustainability at DSV, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a strategic roadmap to reduce carbon emissions for a key client. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives that translate sustainability goals into actionable workstreams across transportation, operations, data, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage a client-specific carbon emissions reduction roadmap with clear milestones, timelines, and accountable owners. Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, procurement, analytics, and sustainability to execute emissions reduction initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental studies, supply chain, business administration, engineering, logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in sustainability, transportation, logistics, supply chain, or client-facing transformation programs
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive visibility
- Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering carbon emissions reduction, decarbonization, ESG, or sustainability-related initiatives
