The successful candidate will develop and communicate technical requirements for efficient manufacturing processes, resolve manufacturing problems, and lead continuous improvement projects.
What You Will Do
The Senior Project & Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, managing projects, developing and implementing manufacturing processes, researching and deploying new technologies, evaluating and resolving manufacturing problems, and coordinating project activities with internal and external functions.

Requirements
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or Associate’s degree (A.S.) with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience and/or training
- Experience with gauging, methods/design, and geometric tolerancing
- Experience with use and calibration of measuring equipment
- Knowledge of documentation design and control
