Role OverviewThe Senior Project Specialist provides operational and logistical support for GHOST Team deployments and AIC operations. This role coordinates personnel deployment requirements, TMS trailer movements, equipment, supplies, onboarding support, and site readiness.
What You Will Do
Maintain visibility of equipment and supplies, work with AIC leadership to identify resource needs, assist with staging equipment and supplies for operational launches, and coordinate resource movement.

Requirements
- Mid to Senior Microsoft Office skills
- Technical knowledge of technologies appropriate to the assigned application or set of applications
- Experience with procurement systems and budget management
- Experience with ticketing systems and ticket management
- Wi-Fi experience / Understanding internet connection technology in on- and off-site settings
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Interpersonal communication and language skills
- Basic to Intermediate skills needed
- Business & financial acumen
- Analytical skills
