Job Description
The Weitz Company is looking for a Senior Project Superintendent to oversee complex data center projects in Des Moines, Iowa. The successful candidate will lead subcontractors and field forces, maintain project safety, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience
  • Commercial construction experience working for a general contractor
  • Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team
  • Data Center Construction experience (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to read/interpret construction documents
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent project organizational skills
  • Impressive leadership skills
  • Business acumen and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization
