Role OverviewThe Project Superintendent is responsible for supervising and managing the field construction activities of a large or complex project from planning through completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years in building construction
- At least 4 years of related supervisory or training experience
- Proficient knowledge of building systems, construction means and methods, materials, codes, and compliance requirements
- Skilled in reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Strong command of construction cost control, accounting procedures, and scheduling software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with BIM and Lean construction practices preferred
