Job Description
WinnCompanies is searching for a Senior Property Accountant II to join our Corporate Regional Operations team based out of Independence, OH. The ideal candidate will provide high-level service to both external and internal customers, maintain and interpret accurate financial records, and oversee critical month-end and year-end tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications
  • Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must perform well in team setting and ability to mentor and train others
