Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Property Coordinator to oversee property management aspects of the Scatter Site program, including supervising Property Coordinators, tracking apartment conditions, and managing furniture inventory and installation. The Senior Property Coordinator will collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that Scatter Site clients have the necessary support services to remain permanently housed.

Requirements

  • Supervise Property Coordinators
  • Create and give presentations about Scatter Site program to potential new landlords, management companies and Brokers and vendors
  • Interview and assess potential program participants
  • Coordinate apartment turnover
  • Oversee leasing of apartments and maintain relationships with property management companies
  • Build apartment inventory
  • Manage vendor contracts and data tracking
  • Create reports on outcomes, goals
  • Oversee and monitor apartment repairs
