Requirements

  • Manage and maintain operations of 251 or more units for the Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) properties
  • Supervise all staff and activities at the sites
  • Ensure the long-term viability of the properties
  • Directly supervise and manage subordinate staff
  • Conduct random internal audits of resident files
  • Responsible for the safeguard of all development assigned assets
