Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Property Treaty Underwriter who will be responsible for underwriting, costing, and strategically developing a portfolio of U.S.-based global property treaty business with our largest clients. This is a unique opportunity to influence high-impact reinsurance strategies, contribute thought leadership, and collaborate across a dynamic, cross-functional environment!
What You Will Do
Underwrite U.S. Global Property Treaty business across catastrophe and non-catastrophe structures, analyze treaty submissions, assess cedant performance, and review contract and policy language to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in reinsurance or primary underwriting, portfolio management or pricing function (property experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of (re)insurance underwriting, property market dynamics, and key strategic drivers influencing insurer performance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to distill and communicate complex analyses to executive-level stakeholders internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
- Strong ability to incorporate market intelligence and forward-looking views into underwriting and pricing recommendations
