Role OverviewThe Senior Proposal Coordinator will support the A/E business development efforts in the Central Division, coordinating proposals from start to finish and increasing the probability of winning through capture plans, SWOT analysis, and client value propositions. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating proposals within the transportation, water, environmental, state/local government, power, and oil/gas markets.
What You Will Do
The Senior Proposal Coordinator will lead and coordinate comprehensive marketing activities, manage multiple assignments effectively under tight deadlines, and create compelling business development documents and presentations. They will also collaborate with the proposal team and technical professionals throughout the proposal preparation process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications (desired)
- 6+ years of experience working in the engineering, transportation, construction management, or architecture industry
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
