Job Description
Join OXB, a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO, as a Senior Proposals Manager to lead the proposal generation process and play a key part in advancing the company's mission to enable life-changing therapies to reach patients around the world.

Requirements

  • Support the Business Development team in responding to new business opportunities through timely delivery of proposals, budget quotes, scope of work and requests for information (RFI) using OXB's templated documents.
  • Work with the Business Development and Client Programme Manager to gain understanding of client needs and attend client meetings to gather and present technical information that supports the generation of the proposal documents.
  • Prepare and organize the content of the proposal documents, ensuring consistency, formatting and compliance with client requirements and OXB capabilities and standard offerings.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring clear communication of client requirements and efficient information gathering.
  • Accurately describe the technical activities, estimated project timelines and cost estimates.
