Role Overview

The Provider Secretary will be the primary administrative support to assigned providers, assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Coordinates various clinical and nonclinical administrative activities, schedules office visits, and ensures completion of patient financial clearance prior to service being rendered.

Requirements

  • High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
  • 3+ years secretarial experience (Required)

  • Computer skills in a Windows environment (Required proficiency)

  • Intermediate knowledge of office equipment (Required proficiency)
