Job Description
The Senior Provider Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, reporting and support of individual and/or group (specialty) provider incentive compensation settlements/calculations according to contractual terms set forth in Medical Providers agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare or related industry with a focus on accounting or financial reporting and analysis, professional billing, or provider compensation.
  • Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, and sound judgment.
