Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Gameplay QA Analyst to join their Boston studio working on Project Orion, the next game in the Cyberpunk franchise. The role involves ensuring the highest gameplay quality by identifying, analyzing, and verifying issues related to mechanics, combat systems, progression, AI, UI, interactions, and overall player experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a gameplay QA or similar role
  • At least 1-2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in creating and executing test plans and strategies for complex gameplay systems
  • Deep understanding of video games and their gameplay systems
  • Strong ability to analyze gameplay experiences and provide meaningful, constructive feedback to development teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Analytical thinker with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
