Role OverviewThe Senior Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA activities across SAFe Agile development cycles, cloud-native modernization efforts, and DevSecOps pipelines hosted in AWS GovCloud IL4/5. This role ensures quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across a mission-critical DoD ecosystem of 34+ integrated procurement, financial, and logistics applications.

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will lead SAFe Agile QA activities, develop automated test scripts, integrate tools, manage change control processes, participate in Agile ceremonies, track defects, and support cybersecurity compliance.

Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
- Experience supporting mission-critical federal systems (acquisition, financial, logistics, or similar)
- Proven experience delivering QA within SAFe Agile environments
- Technical proficiency with SQL for data validation
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, preferably AWS GovCloud
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with configuration management, change control, and audit support
- Experience supporting security compliance activities (IAVA, USCYBERCOM tasks)
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
