Senior Quality Engineer

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving all aspects of G&W’s Quality Program as it relates to production operations. This includes shop floor problem-solving, root cause analysis, FMEA, NCR management, control plans, and supplier quality issue resolution. The role also supports the development and execution of ISO auditing processes, supplier quality initiatives, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities to build capability and support growth.

What You Will Do

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process control methods to ensure products meet quality standards. Utilize statistical tools such as SPC, capability studies (Cp/Cpk, Pp/Ppk), and Gage R&R to monitor and improve process performance. Drive structured problem-solving efforts across the organization by leading root cause analysis (RCA), 8D, and 5 Why investigations.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, 5 – 10 years’ experience, and strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
