Job Description
The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Manager to work on the International Space Station (ISS) Program in Houston, TX. The position will support operations at multiple locations and require up to 25% travel. Responsibilities include managing employees, developing quality strategies, and providing education and coaching on the Quality System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
  • 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or program management functional positions
  • Experience managing projects
  • Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • Experience working with U.S. customers or government agencies
  • Experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills
