Job Description
Senior Quality Technician position at HANSEN Technologies in Commerce, GA, responsible for analyzing quality data, supporting corrective actions, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar standards
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Intermediate understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
  • Experience working with suppliers and customer quality requirements
