Job Description
HANSEN Technologies is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of valves and controls for large industrial refrigeration systems. The company is seeking a Senior Quality Technician to join their team, responsible for analyzing quality data, supporting corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with various teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar standards
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Intermediate understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
  • Experience working with suppliers and customer quality requirements
