Senior R2R Techno-Functional Engineer

What You Will Do

Create, enhance, test, maintain, support, and operate software applications, services, configurations, integrations, data solutions, and ERP platform capabilities that enable business operations. Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and contribute to definition, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, and operational handoff of product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 4-6 years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision while partnering effectively with business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate technical, functional, and control concepts for mixed stakeholder audiences.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile delivery methods, iterative testing, disciplined documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience designing or implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, integrations, data solutions, automation, or ERP-related platform capabilities.
• Strong practical ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testable acceptance criteria, integration specifications, and operationally supportable design decisions.
