Job Description
Founded in 1980, Urban Resource Institute (URI) is seeking a Senior RAPP Coordinator to provide site-based leadership for a designated RAPP Hub and oversee the implementation of the Relationship Abuse Prevention Program (RAPP). The role involves supervising staff, developing and achieving program goals, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field with active NYS licensure
  • 3–5 years of experience in youth programming, supervision, or clinical leadership
  • Strong commitment to equity, trauma-informed care, and project management
