Role OverviewThe Sr R&D Project Manager will oversee New Product Development Projects related to high performing specialized inks and pastes, working with a global team of R&D scientists and Applications Engineers. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality services within budget and defined plans.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning and management of internal and external projects, assembling project teams, defining schedules, tracking technical activities, and generating project progress reports.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree in Material Sciences, Physics, Electrical Engineering or other related technical discipline, and experience in managing Technology-Oriented Projects and/or work experience in the field of Electronics.
Requirements
- B.Sc degree in Material Sciences, Physics, Electrical Engineering or other related technical discipline
- MS strongly preferred
- Relevant Project Management training (PMP/CSM/CPMP or similar) strongly preferred
- Experience in management of Technology-Oriented Projects and/or work experience in the field of Electronics
- Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, MS Projects and similar
