Role OverviewThe Revenue Budget Analyst will oversee the OMNY Program intra-city revenue and expenses, ensuring that agency agreements are recorded and executed by both parties, and that funding is approved by OMB to allow OMNY orders to be processed.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will maintain budget, expense, and revenue tracking for each agency that participates in the OMNY intra-city program, process budget mod increases and takedowns, and communicate with the Office of Citywide Procurement (OCP) to provide regular budget reporting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The selected candidate will establish and track OMNY funds database to ensure that new LOI’s are submitted by the agency if initial funding exceeds the agency’s requested OMNY orders.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration
- One year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
- Ability to communicate with the Office of Citywide Procurement (OCP) to provide regular budget reporting
