Role OverviewThe Senior Revenue Budget Analyst will oversee the OMNY Program intra-city revenue and expenses, ensuring that agency agreements are recorded and executed by both parties, and that funding is approved by OMB to allow OMNY orders to be processed. The Analyst will establish and track OMNY funds database to ensure that new LOI’s are submitted by the agency if initial funding exceeds the agency’s requested OMNY orders.
What You Will Do
Maintains budget, expense and revenue tracking for each agency that participates in the OMNY intra-city program, processes the DCAS side of budget mod increases and takedowns initiated by participating agencies, processes monthly IETCs that charge agencies for their monthly expenditure and credit revenue to DCAS, and communicates with the Office of Citywide Procurement (OCP) to provide regular budget reporting and required mods by agency.

Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration
- One year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
- Ability to communicate with the Office of Citywide Procurement (OCP) to provide regular budget reporting and required mods by agency
