Role OverviewOur client, a growing and highly regarded Austin area law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in its sophisticated real estate practice. This position plays an integral role in managing complex transactions from inception through closing, working directly with clients, title companies, lenders, brokers, surveyors, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
What You Will Do
Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents related to commercial and residential real estate transactions. Coordinate commercial and residential real estate closings with clients, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, brokers, surveyors, governmental agencies, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.

Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm or comparable legal environment (five or more years preferred)
- Experience supporting commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing
- Experience reviewing title commitments, title policies, surveys, and due diligence materials
- Experience forming business entities and preparing filings with the Texas Secretary of State is strongly preferred
- Experience preparing corporate organizational documents and conducting corporate due diligence is preferred
- Paralegal Certificate and/or Texas Escrow Officer License preferred, but not required
