Job Description
HDR Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Title Agent to support New York and surrounding areas, conducting complex research, evaluating documents, and providing recommendations for properties.

Requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive and complex title searches and examinations of public records
  • Analyze and interpret real estate documents, including deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, and surveys
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex title issues, such as breaks in the chain of title, boundary disputes, heirship issues, and unreleased liens
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing expert guidance and recommendations to clients and junior staff
